Welcome to ‘My Design Fix’. My name’s Aidan Taylor and I’m from Adelaide, South Australia. I’m a graduate architect – working for just over 4 years now.

I decided to start this blog to promote design covering anything and everything from architecture, furniture, art, graphics, film, photography, books and to mix things up – even some stuff that I’m working on.

  1. You should come up for a visit. The house will be open for tours on the 8th, 11th, and 12th of April.

      Thanks for your comment! I would so love to visit your house one day. There’s just one small detail I forgot to put on the “about me” part of my blog – I live in Adelaide, South Australia. I’m definitely keen to head over to California sometime in the near future though, as I’m a pretty big Mid-Century Modern and Case Study House fan (the Stahl House especially!). Do you operate tours all year round?

      Also – How did you find out about my blog entry on the Stahl House so soon?

  2. We have tours one weekend a month. You can watch fro tours on the Facebook group “The Stahl House”, or at the website http://www.stahlhouse.com.

    I have Google alerts setup for the house so that I know when it is mentioned somewhere.

    Hope you can make it to the house some day!
